SIZING & FIT

  • All our T-Shirts, Sweaters and Hoodies include a Size Guide on the Product Page to help you choose the best size.

    Our T-Shirts come in three different fits: Tailored, Classic and Relaxed. Each T-Shirt design is made in one specific fit, as shown on its Product Page — the fit cannot be selected or changed when ordering.

    Each Product Page includes garment measurements so you can compare them with a T-Shirt you already own. If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend choosing the larger size.

    All our T-Shirts are made using pre-shrunk fabric.

  • Yes. All our T-Shirts are unisex and designed to fit both men and women.

  • We are currently rolling out Kids sizes across all our designs. If the T-Shirt you are after is not available yet, send an email over to us, and we'll get it added to the store in a day or so. Email: support@909apparel.com

ORDERS, PAYMENT & SHIPPING

  • Our 909 Custom Range, available exclusively through our website, can be shipped to almost anywhere in the world.

    If you’re unsure whether we can ship to you, just get in touch via our Contact Form and we’ll be happy to help.

  • Yes. All orders have tracking links included in the shipping confirmation email.

  • We try our best to be as flexible as possible with payment options. We accept all major Credit Cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

  • We support local-currency checkout for international customers, so in most cases you can view prices and complete your purchase in your own currency.

    Our store’s base currency is US Dollars, but if you’re shopping from another country, prices can be displayed and your payment processed in your local currency where supported.

    You can change the currency at any time using the currency menu in the top-right of your screen.

    Please note that currency conversions may vary slightly with exchange rates.

  • After orders are placed, they immediately pass into our production/fulfilment system. Due to the nature of our fulfilment process, we cannot add or combine existing orders.

  • Yes! We love hearing your requests and suggestions. In fact, quite a few of our designs have come from repeated customer requests.

    We’ve even got a Nose Art design in the works that was originally suggested by the granddaughter of a B-17 Navigator who served during WWII.

    While we can’t guarantee every request will make it into our design schedule - we’re currently working through a backlog of around two years - we do take every suggestion into account, and we’ll often prioritise the ones that really excite us.

  • Our 909 Custom Range, available exclusively through our website, uses softer, higher-quality T-Shirts and includes additional details such as custom sleeve prints and 909 Apparel® inside-neck labels. These garments cost considerably more for us to produce, which is reflected in the price.

    Our Amazon Stores offer a limited selection of our legacy designs.

    Since 2024, all new 909 Apparel® releases have been exclusive to the 909 Custom Range on our website and to our authorised Museum & Wholesale Partners.

  • Our 909 Custom Range is available exclusively through our website and directly from us at selected UK Airshows, including the Duxford Summer Airshow, Duxford Battle of Britain Airshow and RIAT.

    We also design bespoke apparel for Museums and Heritage Organisations around the world, including the CAF, Palm Springs Air Museum and the Museum of Flight.

    A limited selection of our existing designs is also available through our Official Amazon Stores, Redbubble and selected authorised partners, including Bravo Delta Models.

FAKES & UNAUTHORISED COPIES

  • Genuine 909 Apparel® products are sold through this website, directly by us at selected UK Airshows, through our Official Amazon and Redbubble stores, and by our authorised Museum, Heritage and Wholesale Partners.

    If you see one of our designs being sold elsewhere — particularly at an unusually low price, or on marketplaces such as Temu or AliExpress — it is likely to be an unauthorised copy.

    We’re extremely protective of our artwork. Some of our designs take up to three months to complete, and only 909 Apparel® has access to the original high-resolution artwork required to reproduce them properly.

    Counterfeit sellers typically work from low-resolution images or screenshots taken from our website and social media. As a result, fake products are often printed from pixelated, low-resolution copies of our artwork onto cheaper, lower-quality garments, with significantly poorer print quality, detail and durability than genuine 909 Apparel® products.

    If you’re ever unsure whether a seller is authorised, please contact us via our Contact Form and we’ll be happy to check.

  • These are nothing to do with us. There is no shortage of unscrupulous individuals/bots that will do anything to make a quick buck. 

    Given that our designs can take up to 3 months to complete, we are highly protective of our work and NEVER share our high resolution designs with anyone. ONLY we have high resolution versions of our designs that can be used to Print T-Shirts & other Products with. The only way people (or bots) can steal them is to take a screenshot of a low resolution mock-up. Thus, those who buy fakes are not only supporting piracy, but will also receive a pixelated low-res screenshot cheaply printed on a cheap T-Shirt that will disintegrate upon contact with water. It will be produced in appalling conditions most likely somewhere in China, printed with chemicals most likely banned in the Western Hemisphere and will take several months to reach you.

    We do everything we can to get these stolen designs removed, and our efforts have seen some unscrupulous individuals/bots banned from certain platforms. However, it is nearly impossible to get all of them removed. If you take one down, another pops up in its place. All we ask is that you do not support this theft.

AI POLICY

  • We don’t use it. We never have, and never will.

    AI can summarise an email fairly well… But when it comes creating designs based on Aircraft designed & built before the digital age, it would do a crap job anyway.

    Accurate Blueprints are not freely available online. To do the job properly requires time, research, visits to Museums, paging through our archive of books & blueprints. 

    AI can’t do this. 

    Above all, as we all know, AI has poor taste.

    We will continue to design as we always have. Slowly, methodically, and with a love of our subject matter. That’s the way we like it.
