In 1928, de Havilland Aircraft Company would score their first hit with the immortal DH.60 Gipsy Moth. Robust, reliable and easy to produce, maintain and fly, the aircraft would revolutionise the aviation landscape. Powered by a 100hp Gipsy I Engine, the Gipsy Moth demonstrated a dependability hitherto unknown to contemporary Aviators.

This distinct and lesser-known 1928 de Havilland Logo adorned the wing struts of the Gipsy Moth. We've recreated it faithfully for this rather special T-Shirt, using old photos from our archives.

This 909 Custom is crafted with a Heavyweight Premium Vintage T-Shirt made of 100% Ring Spun US Cotton. It's soft and garment dyed, with a comfy lived-in feel from day one. The reverse features a small and subtle 1940s de Havilland Logo at the neck (see photos below).
